Commercial roofing services include:
Roof Restoration Program
This is a cost effective manner to extend the useful life of your existing roof system. There are many good products that can extend the useful life of your existing roof system through proper patch, repair and coating.
Roof Recovery Strategies
If current roof conditions prevail, it is acceptable under the current Building Code to install a second roof system over an existing roof system. The Code never allows for the installation of a third roof system.
Roof Replacement
Generally a roof removal and replacement is the best solution for long term performance. A roof removal eliminates any potential wet roof material and allows for an inspection of the existing roof deck. It also promotes a better installation and attachment of the new roof for wind uplift rating and compliance.
Roof Asset Analysis
What is your existing roof worth? How much useful life does it have left? And… would it pay off to extend its useful life? These and other questions are answered by a cost effective Roof Asset Analysis.
Infrared Roof Scans
An Infrared Roof Scan is utilized in the roof analysis phase to determine how much wet insulation is trapped in a roof system. Under the proper roof conditions a sunny day heats up the roof system. When the sun goes down at night the roof gives up its heat except for what sections are wet. At night these wet and warm sections read clearly on an Infrared camera. The areas can be marked with spray paint on the roof and included on a roof plan for further discussion and decision making.
Emergency Roof Repair (CPR)
Roof emergencies never occur at a good time. When they do occur, it is a “forest fire”. Our CPR (Critical Problem Response) Team is quick to respond and document the issues. Through CPR we are able to bring Architectural expertise to an emergency situation immediately to assess and document for insurance purposes. Plus our knowledgeable roof staff responds quickly to return the customer to a dry condition with peace of mind.
